Charges to Old Epic Tier 2 Molten Core Drops (submitted by Mithos at 04:41pm PDT) That’s right! Coming to raiders near you! Members will be the charged for the old tier 2 epic pieces to make all pricing fair. The new rule will be; when you take your next item, if you have an outstanding debt from an old tier 3 MC drop, you will be charged the full price (The price that everyone else has to pay) for that item. DKP system revamped (submitted by litori at 05:48pm PDT) Please read: http://lostanarchy.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=770/ THESE CHANGES ONLY APPLY TO POST 1.6 PATCH - Non-set items in BWL start at a very high number, like 50 (except for a few) - Triple DKP prices on Tier 3 items New Tier 3 Prices Chests - 135 Leggings - 40 Helms - 36 Shoulders - 96 Shoes - 81 Gloves - 81 Belt - 72 Bracers - 60 - Boss encounters in BWL are worth 2 points instead of 1 - Onyxia is worth 2 points, reduced from 3 (make the kill worth 1 point) - MC is worth 13 points, reduced from 16 (remove extended bonus) - Extended bonus from BWL has been removed ~ Credit goes to Skibi ~ - Additional notes We understand that people want a non-set upgrade system, but there are some issues that need to be cleared up first. Please give us some time and we will have it for you soon.

1.6 dkp changes (submitted by litori at 05:47pm PDT) -Item changes Quickstrike ring 8 -> 10 BWL Class Trinkets - additional changes BWL class trinkets will be based off of highest earned points. Whoever has higher earned dkp points will receive the class trinkets first. Same concept as the Onyxia head. -Additional Looting Rules There will be no priority system for any type of loot unless all the guild officers agree that passing loot to a specific class will benefit the raid in general. Ex. If you have more points, you will get the item if you want it. -Extra 50 points will be refunded to skullderz for the bindings. Reason being that it is not fair that he has to pay for an item that he can not use. Skullderz only bid on the item because Mizuki would be next in line to get it. However, if the artifact is upgraded in the future, skullderz will get the full deductions once he crafts the weapon. As of right now, there will be NO upgrade/downgrade system for nonset items.

Minor Update (submitted by litori at 01:40pm PDT) Heavy Dark Iron Ring 18 -> 20 Seal of the Archmagus 30 -> 25 Tier 2 -> Tier 3 = Pay cost difference. (No one should be passing on tier 2 now with this new rule) If you are in the lead with DKP and want to upgrade, you can even though the person below you still has worse items than you. If you have tier 3 and tier 2 drops... it's free ONLY if no one wants it. NOTE: Tier 3 prices will MOST likely be increased when BWL is released. Also... If we catch anyone hording points or not spending their points gearing up for BWL, you will not be able to come to BWL until you are properly geared... Also, if hording points becomes a problem, we will start adding weekly taxes to punish people who are doing this. No one at the moment is doing this right now, but this is just a warning. We know that Paladin items haven't been dropping and that is why we have a bunch of paladins in the lead in DKP.

RPS (Raid Points System) (submitted by litori at 02:12pm PST) Overview Every time a player helps to kill one of the bosses they will receive points. Players will also receive (or lose) points accordingly to their actions. The system is designed to limit the effect of luck (rolls) or when someone has been on a raid after raid seeking to win one particular item, and someone new (or anyone with less time invested) shows up and wins it. This system solves both these problems and encourages players to perform at their best. Points Positive Point Conditions • Killing a raid Boss = 1 point • Killing a raid Boss for the first time = 2 points • Attending a raid (On time) = 1 point • Completing a raid (from beginning to end, regardless of if the objective was achieved) = 1 point Negative Point Conditions Violation: Pulling an extra mob during combat, while the raid is still drinking/eating, DOES NOT RESULT IN WIPE. Punishment: -1 RPS Violation: Direct disobidience of the strategy explained to you by the raid leaders: Punishment: -2 RPS Violation: Arguing/Conflicting with the raid leader, or any member of the raid when told to stop. Punishment: -1 RPS Violation: Mistake that causes raid wipe (pulling boss without letting tank build aggro, training raid with mobs, pulling multiple groups) Punishment: -4 RPS Lotto Restrictions Only those players that can actually use the item can enter the lotto. Which classes that will have priority over the others to lotto for any item will be decided by the officers that are present. Item Prices / Buying Items Items will be priced according to their rarity and the difficulty of the boss that drops them. For example, a Dragonstalker Breastplate (Onyxia) will be significantly more expensive then Cenarion Gloves (Lucifron). What determines who receives an item is simple. The person with the highest RPS will either decide to buy the item or pass on it. In the event of a tie, the two highest point holders will /random 100 on the item to decide who receives it. If a person is the highest point holder and wishes to buy an item that is priced higher than the total amount of points he has, he may do so. However, he will also be in negative points. After an item is won Any items won through this system can not be traded, sold, or given away without prior consent. Non-Member players Out of guild players will receive the number of points they deserve exactly like any other member. They will be allowed to use these points under the exact same conditions as a member. Their points will be kept in our database, along with our members. This encourages out of guild players to want to raid with us and/or eventually apply to our guild. We will invite guild members first, before out of guild members, as needed. This is the suggested item cost from Reformation. Keep in mind this is a guild who can obtain all of these items with relative ease, so the prices might need to be adjusted, althought i hope we dont need to.
